Electria will curate your wedding music from delightful prelude selections as guests arrive, to seamlessly timed music for your processional. No stressing about "having enough music" or trying to "time" everyone's walk yourself.
Our Ceremony Package provides one hour of music, which includes 30 minutes of prelude music as guests arrive and up to 30 minutes for the processional and ceremony.
Processional Music Includes:
Honorary Seating of Families - Grandparents and Parents
Wedding Party Processional - Groomsmen, Bridesmaids, Flower Girls, and Ring Bearers
Unity Ceremony - Unity Candle, Sand, Hand Tying, Tree Planting, Communion, Prayers, etc.
Recessional - Exit Music
Your ceremony music is fully customizable; you will be able to choose the ceremony music that fits your style.
With our in-depth music guide, we will help you in choosing the perfect soundtrack for your wedding, from traditional, classical, or modern sounds.
Our music list is always expanding so you can find the perfect music to reflect your personal style and taste. We will even add music if you have a song or piece you want that's not on our list!
Once you've selected your music, relax on the day of your wedding knowing that we will handle details with your coordinator or venue about setup and cues.
Having a longer ceremony?
Additional ceremony time is available if you are having a Mass Wedding or another type of religious ceremony that will last up to 60 minutes in total (90 minutes in total including prelude).
If you believe your ceremony will last longer than 60 minutes, you may add increments of 15 minutes to your booking time.
Cocktail Hour Only
Acoustic or Electric
Get the party started with upbeat music during your cocktail hour!
Cocktails (or Social Hour) usually last for one hour and falls in-between the ceremony and reception. This a great time to provide musical entertainment for guests.
Delight your guests with our signature electric trio, ideal for weddings with a guest count of 50 or more guests.
You may also opt to use our acoustic duo, trio, or quartet during cocktail hour if our electric is unavailable or if you have a smaller guests count.
& Electric Cocktails
This is our most popular package choice! Get the best of both worlds by using our traditional acoustic string trio for your ceremony and our electric style trio for your cocktail hour.
After your ceremony, we’ll head straight over to the cocktail area to begin our upbeat music in our unique electric style while your guests socialize.
Depending on your setup, you may even choose to use our electric trio for both your ceremony and cocktail hour!

Ceremony, Cocktails, & Dinner
In this full-service package, we will provide music for your entire wedding, from start to finish. Starting with prelude music as guests arrive, through cocktail hour and dinner, all the way to post-dinner socializing.
This package is best suited for your wedding if you don't require an emcee or plan to have a dance floor. However, we are happy to play for your first dances if you choose to have those.
You may choose to use either or both acoustic and electric, dependent upon the layout of your event and set up.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you dress?
For weddings, we dress in all black.
What time will you arrive?
For Acoustic, we will arrive about 20-30 minutes before we are scheduled to start. The setup for the acoustic is minimal. During this time, we will also speak with your coordinator to confirm details, timeline, and cues.
Can I make music request?
Can you play outside?
Yes! In fact, most of the weddings we play are outside.
Hot Days: On warm or hot days, we require that shade is provided. Our wooden instruments are sensitive to direct sunlight as it could damage the varnish on our instruments. On very hot days, it would even be ideal to have a fan provided.
Cold Days: We are unable to perform outside in weather that is below 45 degress without proper heating. While it is not optimal for our instruments, it is also physically difficult to play, as our fingers become stiff and numb in cold temperatures!
Rain: We are also unable to perform in any amount of rain, even a light misting. So in the case that you want to proceed with your outdoor event during a light rain, we will require coverage, either under a porch, tent, or inside.
What if my event runs longer?
If your event runs longer than you expected, and you would like to extend the playing time of our musicians, you may be able to do so!
